Is it possible to have order confirmation emails to show a display name, rather than the plain email

Is it possible to have order notification emails to show the customer display name, rather than the plain email address? This is for 12SP portal specifically. Right now they are seeing the email came from sales.xyz.com, and we would like to say @Sales XYZ company@ Email templates -@ E-commerce - Order notification to customer (Email template)
