Minor upgrades and expired license

Hi, Our Kentico 13 maintenance license expired few weeks ago. Unfortunately, this type of license does not exist anymore and we won't be able to renew it due to the change of licensing model.When the license expired, we were using the hotfix 13.0.79. According to the page: https://www.kentico.com/end-user-license-agreement#upgrades, it seems that I should be able to apply the latest hotfixes since I am authorized to use the major version.Am I correct? I don't want to break everything or lose access by applying these hotfixes.Thank you.
