How do i change the default message from Custom Registration Form when account is created

Good Day. I am using Kentico Version 11.I have a page with a Custom Registration Form Web Part configured and when a user creates an account the system generates the following message;The Changes Were Saved//]]@How can I customize that message and where would i find the //]]@ characters to remove those from being shown.Thank you.
