How to implement building emails within the Kentico EMS' Email Builder to cater for various language

Does anybody know how to implement or have any recommendations on how to setup the Email Marketing module within Kentico 11 to give users the ability to easily build emails within the 'Email Builder' page in different cultures based on a Contacts' 'preferred culture' custom contact field (kind of like the same basis on how we are currently building pages in different cultures) and then use the functionality within the Marketing Automation module to trigger a process to send the email to a contact group.
