Registration Forms & Email Subscribers

Hello,When creating custom registration forms using the membership module, is there a way to automatically add the user as a new subscriber for email marketing?When the user submits the custom registration form they would also be added as a new subscriber for our email marketing campaigns.Thanks for the help
